Welcome to my blog!
I'm a bit nervous about the whole idea to be honest!
But after travelling for up to 5 months a year for the past 6 years, I always stumble across some very interesting delicacies in amazing places, always wishing I could share the experience with others!
So my plan is to share my culinary adventures from overseas travel, and also some fun experimenting in my own kitchen.
I am currently in Mexico, so I am going to start with some interesting things here. But once I get home I plan to put a step by step guide and the "correct" recipe to my Chocolate Delice, that I cooked on Celebrity Master Chef. I have had a lot of requests for that one!
Hope you all enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI really wanted to try this recipe but there was no way in hell we could afford lamb shoulders to roast. Then yesterday, the very day I read this blog post, we were given two lamb shoulders by someone who won them but didn't want them.
ReplyDeleteI think that's a sign.
So, for 2012 I'm getting in shape and being focused on diet and exercise as a coordinated effort. I'm thinking, It would also be beneficial to determine how many calories your body burns and how many calories you should eat per day. Then you would have some accuracy in adjusting your diet for weight gain or loss. I have found an online calculator that will tell ya how many calories your body is burning and how many calories you should eat per day. For anyone interested the website is how to gain weight and the rmr calculator is located at RMR Calculator . I'm looking forward to being in top condition in 2012.
